Regretfully, due to circumstances beyond our control, this project has now closed down, but it is not forgotten, nor have we given up.

News is hard, expensive, mostly a loss-leader, but it is still well worth pursuing, but as a simple membership solution, it is simple not going to scale.

We think we might have worked how to make it scale by joining it to a new streaming project. Updates here soon. In the meantime, we’ve turned donations off. It seem unethical to carry on knowing it wouldn’t work.
